Oats & Walnut Pancake Mix

Heart-Healthy Pancake Mix To Help Lower Cholesterol

Clinically formulated to block cholesterol absorption and reabsorption in the digestive system, two daily doses of Step One Foods actively reduce the amount of cholesterol in the bloodstream.

This hearty mix of oats, bananas, walnuts, and real vanilla beans make up the healthiest pancake you’ll ever have!

  • Traditional Prep: Simply empty the single-serve packet into a small bowl and stir in 1/3 to ½ cup water. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes while you heat the griddle. Spray with cooking spray and pour batter on the griddle, dividing into 2 or 3 pancakes. Make sure the top bubbles before flipping. Cook until golden brown. Watch the how-to video now.
  • Fast Prep: Mix the packet into a mug with ⅓ cup of water. Let sit for 3 minutes. Then microwave for 2 minutes.

Fiber

Found in foods like oat bran, flaxseed and dried fruit, fiber binds to cholesterol particles in the intestine and moves them out of the body.

Plant Sterols

Plant sterols - a group of substances made in plants such as nuts and seeds - block cholesterol absorption in the digestive tract.

Omega-3s

Omega-3s - essential fatty acids present in foods such as chia seeds, walnuts and flaxseed - reduce inflammation and help lower triglycerides while raising HDL (good) cholesterol.

Antioxidants

    Nice alternative to oatmeal

This “muffin” that you eat with a spoon is great morning breakfast. A nice alternative to oatmeal. I added ground flaxseed by Northern Edge and fresh blueberries and probably about 1/2 to 2/3 cup water. I put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.

    Muffin in a Bowl

I tried this product for the first time. I made it in a bowl with blueberries and ground flaxseed and a bit more than 1/2 cup water. I ate it with a bit of red raspberry preserves. Pretty tasty and a nice alternative to oatmeal.

    Delicious

It’s delicious and easy to use. Love it with an apple, or mashed in with a banana. I like to soften the Peanut & Almond Nut Butter before using it.

Good taste, practical and most os all healthy. I’m seeing all my cholesterol numbers improving. Thank you very much.

    Delicious!!

Handy single serve packets makes it easy to serve the right amount.

Suggestion: Sell a small device to roll the packet like those sold for toothpaste tubes to make it easier to get the product out. Viscosity is a little thick.

Also, please consider selling the butter in bulk in a jar like regular peanut butter.
